General Terms & Conditions

These General Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any Promotional Offer at Petit Kids (“the Company”).

All Promotional Offers are subject to these General Terms & Conditions, as well as the Delivery, Exchanges & Returns Policies available online.

Promotional Offers run for a nominated timeframe. The Company reserves the right to amend or cancel any Offer at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.

Promotional discounts:

• Cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase gift cards.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other Offer unless otherwise stated.
• Are granted only to the customer for whom the promotion is intended.
• Are not applicable on third-party websites (ie. Marketplace).

Promotional Offers may apply only to stock available online, in-store or both sales channels. Stock will not be transferred from the warehouse unless agreed by the Company. Postage and handling costs may apply.

The Company cannot guarantee that all sizes or styles will be available during a Promotional Offer period.

Promotional Offers may vary from online and in-store

Promotional stock selection is at the discretion of the Company.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these General Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for faulty garments. The Company is also entitled to have the garments repaired if the garment fails to be of acceptable quality.

Discounted or sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, refunds, exchanges, or credit notes unless required under the ACL (ie. where a garment is faulty)

Sale / Discount Definition

Items sold at a reduced price from the Recommended Retail Price (“RRP”) are considered a sale or discount. The reduced price may be expressed as either a percentage discount or a fixed dollar reduction from the RRP.

Please refer to the Returns & Exchanges section for full details. This policy operates in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

By accepting the Customer Profile sign-up, you consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from the Company from time to time. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Customers may modify or cancel their Customer Profile at any time by providing written notice. Please allow up to 14 days for changes to take effect.
